Learning Objectives
What students should master and understand, agreed upon with the school before planning begins.
We design and deliver immersive field programmes for schools and institutions.
Built on clear learning objectives and structured preparation, each programme offers direct access to the organisations, companies, and communities driving real-world sustainability.

Every programme begins with clear learning objectives. We tap on our resource networks to determine the exact places, people, and activities that will drive those insights to achieve intended learning outcomes (ILOs).
Our approach draws on David Kolb’s experiential learning cycle: concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualisation, and active experimentation. Students engage directly with places and people, observe, ask questions, and journal about what they encounter. Facilitated discussions help them reflect on these experiences, compare perspectives, and connect their observations with sustainability concepts. They then apply and test their developing understanding through new questions, subsequent field activities, and project work—using each new experience to refine their ideas and continue the learning cycle.
Our core focus lies in the tensions behind sustainability decisions—examining who bears the costs, who reaps the benefits, and how diverse stakeholders perceive the exact same challenge. Ultimately, students walk away with sharper, more critical questions and the lifelong habit of weighing evidence from multiple perspectives.
